On-Hand 1 This is the cool part. Here you select your on hand alcohol. When you click an ingredient on the top list it will move to your list on the bottom. To deselect an ingregient, click it in the bottom list and it will move back to the top list. You might want to switch the font to medium, it seems easier to work with.

On-Hand 2 You can select the actual ingredients you have or follow the example. Example: In the top list click on: Amaretto, Brandy, Gin, Rum Light, Tequila, Triple Sec and Vodka. These ingredients should now be in the bottom list. The Reset button will clear all selections from the bottom list. Click the Sel Mixers button to switch to the mixers list.

On-Hand 3 Select your on hand mixers. This function is identical to selecting your alcohol. Select: Coffee, Cola, Cream, Milk, Orange Juice, Sweet Sour Mix, Water and Whipped Cream These 8 ingredients should now be in the bottom list. Now, click the Go button...

On-Hand 4 AceBartender will create the list of drinks that can be made from the selected ingredients. With just these 15 common ingredients you can make 96 drinks. Notice the suggestion to buy Coffee Liqueur and Lemon Juice. Click the Ok button to close the message box and browse your on hand list.

On-Hand 5 Here is the list of drinks that can be made from the selected ingredients. The recipe select and viewing works exactly like the Search list. Click a drink or use the arrow buttons to browse. Click on the Select button to modify your on-hand selections.
